It was 1984 when country singer Lee Greenwood released a best selling album
featuring the song "God Bless the USA,"
which has become a classic.
The photos you will see as the song is played, are from a Flag lighting ceremony held in Orlando, Florida at Greenwood Cemetery on Memorial Day 2006. It was sponsored by the Cpl. Larry E. Smedley Detachment 064 of the Marine Corps League.
